The Company assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to affect any Payment Instruction(s) on the Payment Date owing to anyone or more of the following circumstances:
You may request to cancel your booking for a full refund, within 2 weeks from the date of booking by contacting our helpline number provided for each project individually on the website projects page, along with an Email requesting for the cancellation of the same to email@example.com by clearly stating the reason for cancellation. Cancellations after 2 weeks from the date of booking would lead to direct forfeit of the initial booking amount. Certain cases where the circumstances are unavoidable could be entertained for a full refund but at sole discretion of the company. In case the refund for the initial booking amount is confirmed from the company by issuing an official email, the company will refund the entire booking amount to the customer within 12 weeks from the date of intimation from the company.
